Come spend Sunday and Wednesday Nights from November 13th through March 15th* with the Kingdom Wrestling coaches.
Its Competition Season so why not help your athlete get a leg up on their competitors by coming to train with Kingdom Wrestling. This folkstyle season we will focus on fine tuning the basic of wrestling.
Each practice will involve technique, live and conditioning. We like to keep it simple and stick to the moves that work at any level and create a foundation of solid wrestling.
*No practice will be held on Dec. 7th, Dec. 14th or Jan 18th
Practices will be held:
Sunday and Wednesday @ Farmington High School November 13th through March 15th
Sunday 6:00-7:00pm
Monday 6:30-8:00pm
